Use only non-stick cookware utensil i.e. plastic and or wooden spoons and avoid sharp objects like Knives. Do not leave food residue after cooking and do not use to store cooked food. Wash the pan with warm soapy water, using a soft sponge or dishcloth. Rinse thoroughly and dry immediately.
